Receta Hungarian Pork Paprika

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 lb Lean pork cubes,bite size
- 4 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 can Delmonte stewed tomatoes,
- 14 1/2 ounce size
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream,room temperature
Direcciones
- 1. Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper, toss with meat.
- 2. In skillet, brown meat in oil over medium high heat(at this point I also added a minced onion, add in the cans of tomatoes. Cook uncovered, over medium high heat 20 min or possibly till meat is tender, stirring frequently. Remove skillet from heat.
- 3. Remove 1/2 c. of sauce mix from skillet and blend with the sourcream. return mix to skillet; blend well (Don't BOIL)
- 4. Serve over warm cooked noodles and garnish with minced parsley,if you like.
