Receta Hungarian Soup With Beef Stew

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Beef stew meat, cut in 1-1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 lb Onions, sliced
- 6 c. Beef broth
- 3 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 3 Tbsp. Paprika Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 dsh Garlic pwdr
- 3 Tbsp. Shortening
- 1 x Green pepper, sliced
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions in shortening till tender. Brown beef; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover & simmer about 1-1/2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender. If soup is too thin, stir in 1 Tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 c. water. Add in green pepper 1/2 hour before serving.
