- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Stir together cookie mix, buttery flavor packet, 1 egg and 2 tsp water. Drop by rounded tsp about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min. Soften ice cream slightly. Make sandwiches using 2 cookies and ice cream. Wrap each in plastic wrap. Store in freezer.
