Receta Imperial Crab Newport

Ingredientes
- 2 lb crab meat
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp minced pimiento
- 2 tsp whole capers
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 dsh warm pepper sauce
- 8 x scallop-shaped ceramic or possibly aluminum baking shells or possibly ramekins
- 8 Tbsp. mayonnaise Paprika to taste
Direcciones
- Drain crab meat and remove any shell fragments if necessary.
- Place crab meat in a large bowl. Mix mayonnaise, pimiento, capers, Worcestershire sauce, salt and warm pepper sauce together and blend well. Pour over crab meat and toss lightly and gently.
- Divide crab meat mix into the 8 baking shells and top each shell with 1 Tbsp. of mayonnaise. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Place shells on a cookie sheet or possibly shallow baking pan and bake for 15 to 20 min in a 375 degree oven till lightly browned. Serve at once.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
