Receta Indian Gulab Jamun With Milk Powder

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Lowfat milk pwdr
- 1/4 c. All purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. Melted butter Half and half, as needed
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Water
- 1/2 tsp Rose essence Oil/crisco to deep fry
Direcciones
- Mix the lowfat milk pwdr, flour and baking soda. Add in the butter and sufficient half and half while mixing with your fingers so which you are able to create the mix into 1/2 inch diameter balls. Deepfry these balls on medium heat and add in to sugar syrup.
- Sugar syrup: Heat the water and dissolve the sugar in it. Remove from heat and add in the Rose essence. Add in the jamuns while still hot and keep pot covered for ten min.
