Receta Indian Pumpkin Bread

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. butter or possibly shortening
- 4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. crushed pumpkin, cooked
- 4 large eggs
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. apple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 c. nuts, minced (walnuts or possibly pecans)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 T baking soda
- 1 c. applesauce
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar together, then add in the large eggs, one at a time, beating all together real well. Stir in applesauce and pumpkin. Now sift the dry ingredients together and add in with the apple juice. Now stir in nuts and pour into 2 greased bread loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
