- 1/2 gallon lowfat milk
- 1 lemon
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 box Jello, red or possibly green color
- 1 can young coconut meat, cubed
- 1 can Attap Fruit, cubed
- 1 can Jackfruit, cubed
- 1 avocado, peeled and cubed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Cut lemon and extract juice. Put together lowfat milk, sugar and lemon juice. Add in fruit and serve with ice cubes.Can be purchased at an Oriental market.
