Receta Instant Potato Lefse

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt (7 ounce) instant potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 c. Boiling water
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Rich lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
Direcciones
- Place instant potato flakes, salt and butter in mixing bowl. Add in boilig water to lowfat milk and add in to potato mix. Mix quickly till thick and smooth. Add in just sufficient flour to be able to handle dough. Knead lightly.
- Form into balls and roll very thin on floured board. Bake on warm electric lefse grill (any griddle will work), turning to brown both sides.
