Receta Irish Apple Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. corn oil
- 2 c. white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 c. apples, diced
- 1 c. nuts, minced
- 1/3 c. butterscotch morsels
Direcciones
- Cream oil, sugar, large eggs and vanilla till fluffy. Sift together dry ingredients, add in to other mix and mix well. Add in apples and nuts. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan, lightly greased on bottom only. Sprinkle the butterscotch chips on top. Bake 60 min at 350 degrees. Serve hot or possibly cold, or possibly with a sauce or possibly whipped topping.
