- 1 package (18 oz.) yellow cake mix, without pudding in the mix
- 4 oz. instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
- 4 eggs
- Frosting recipe below.
- Butter-Rum Frosting:
- 2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 teaspoons rum extract
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 5 to 6 cups powdered sugar

%20if%20the%20alcohol%20would%20bake%20out%20at%20350%20degrees%20and%20he%20said%20it%20would...and%20who%20am%20I%20to%20argue%20with%20a%20man%20of%20science?!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20looks%20like%20the%20Bundt%20was%20cut%20in%20half,%20but%20it%20wasn't,%20that's%20just%20some%20weird%20thing%20my%20pan%20does...there%20are%20many%20recipes%20on%20line%20for%20this%20kind%20of%20cake,%20most%20of%20them%20use%20instant%20vanilla%20pudding%20but%20I%20used%20chocolate%20pudding%20-%20I%20thought%20it%20was%20the%20more%20delicious%20choice.%20%20Plus,%20almost%20all%20of%20the%20recipes%20I%20read%20called%20for%20a%20Bailey's%20and%20powder%20sugar%20glaze%20for%20the%20top%20of%20the%20cake...but%20I%20wanted%20a%20little%20something%20more%20so%20I%20made%20a%20rum-buttercream%20frosting.%20%20This%20is%20such%20a%20wonderful%20cake...rich,%20moist%20with%20a%20dense%20crumb%20-%20as%20any%20Leprechaun%20would%20say,%20it's%20magicially%20delicious!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20the%20bowl%20of%20an%20electric%20mixer,%20beat%20butter%20until%20smooth.%20%20Add%20in%20extracts%20and%20cream%20and%20slowly%20add%20in%20the%20powdered%20sugar,%20beating%20on%20low%20speed%20until%20incorporated%20and%20then%20on%20high%20speed%20for%20about%205%20minutes%20until%20very,%20very%20smooth.%20%20Add%20additional%20powdered%20sugar%20if%20frosting%20is%20not%20thick%20enough%20or%20add%20another%20teaspoon%20or%20so%20of%20cream%20if%20it%20is%20too%20thick.%20%20Spread%20over%20cooled%20cake.%20%20Serves%2016.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
