Receta Italian Berries And Zabaione

Ingredientes
- 8 x extra large egg yolks
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. amaretto or possibly Frangelico liqueur
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 4 scoop orange sorbet or possibly sherbet
- 2 c. lengthwise halved fresh strawberries
- 1 c. fresh blueberries Instant-read thermometer
- 4 x red-wine glasses
Direcciones
- Whip egg yolks in the top of a double boiler (upper pan shouldn't touch warm water).
- Stir in sugar and liqueur, at about 165 degrees.
- Cold till below 40 degrees; mix in whipped cream and mix well; set completed zabaione aside.
- Place one scoop of orange sorbet or possibly sherbet inside each wine glass.
- Add in 1/2 c. of fresh strawberries and 1/4 c. of fresh blueberries to each wine glass; top with zabaione.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
