Receta Italian Black Beans And Rice

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. Onion ,minced
- 2 x Garlic cloves , chopped
- 19 ounce Black Beans , undrained
- 1/2 c. Cooked ham , cubed (I leave out the meat)
- 3/4 tsp Dry Italian Seasoning
- 5 dsh Warm Pepper Sauce,3-5 drops
- 2 c. Rice ,cooked
Direcciones
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat till warm. Add in onion and garlic, cook 3-5 min or possibly till tender. Stil in all remeaining ingrediants except rice.
- Simmer, cover 6 to 8 min. Serve over rice.
