Receta Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 4-6 pork chops
- 2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 2 T water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic pwdr
- Onion pwdr
Direcciones
- Sprinkle chops with salt, pepper, garlic pwdr and onion pwdr. In pie plate beat large eggs and water till well mixed. In another pie plate, place bread crumbs. Dip chops into egg mix and then into bread crumbs, coating both sides. Put on broiler pan and broil till done. Turning once. If you wish, chops may be baked on slightly greased pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
