Receta Italian Capellini Pomodoro

Ingredientes
- 3 x garlic cloves chopped
- 2 lb plum tomatoes seeded, diced
- 1 ounce fresh basil leaves chopped
- 1/3 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 3 ounce Parmesan cheese grated
- 12 ounce dry angel-hair pasta cooked
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Heat extra virgin olive oil and add in garlic; cook till it turns white. Add in tomatoes and pepper and heat through, stirring constantly, about 2 to 3 min. Tomatoes shouldn't lose their shape. Remove from heat.
- Transfer warm, cooked pasta to large bowl. Toss pasta gently with tomato mix, basil and half of Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately and pass remaining Parmesan.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
