Ingredientes
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 1 stk butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. Shortening
- 2 c. Sugar
- 5 x Large eggs, separated
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Minced nuts
- 1 can (small) coconut
- 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese
- 1/2 stk butter, softened
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 1 c. Minced pecans
Direcciones
- CAKE: Cream together the butter & shortening. Add in sugar & egg yolks & beat.
- Combine flour & soda & add in to creamed mix, alternating with buttermilk.
- Add in vanilla, nuts & coconut. Beat egg whites & mix in. Pour batter into 3 greased & floured pans & bake at 350 for 20 min. ICING: Combine all ingredients & ice cake.
