Receta Italian Egg Bake

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Italian sausage (sweet)
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 x Red onion, med -- minced
- 10 x Mushrooms -- minced
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 x Tomatoes, medium -- minced
- 8 ounce Mozarrella cheese -- Shredded
- 1/2 tsp Seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Remove casings and fry sausage in large skillet, stirring to keep meat crumbly. Remove sausage from pan and drain off fat. Heat butter in skillet.
- Add in onion and mushrooms and saute/fry till onion is tender but not browned.
- Combine beaten Large eggs, lowfat milk, sausage, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, salts, and pepper. Mix well and pour into a greased 13 x 9 baking pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees 30 to 40 min, or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. (Salt is optional) If you have some spaghetti sauce, heat it up and serve along side! Good recipe for a brunch.
