Receta Italian Marinated Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice
- 2 x Cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp Basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 lb Chicken pcs
- 1 gal -size food storage bag
Direcciones
- Combine liquid ingredients and seasoning in a bag to create marinade. Mix well. Place chicken in bag and seal. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hrs or possibly overnight. Drain chicken and throw away marinade. Grill, bake, broil or possibly saute/fry chicken as desired till fully cooked. Chill leftovers.
