Ingredientes
- 1 c. Cream
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 x Egg yolk
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 shot jack daniel's
- 2 ounce Dark chocolate, melted
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 ounce Water
- 1/4 c. Cocoa pwdr
- 4 ounce Soda water, or possibly till glass is full
- 1/2 shot jack daniel's
Direcciones
- To make the ice cream, bring lowfat milk and cream to a boil. In a separate bowl, mix the yolks with the sugar, then stir in 1/3 of the lowfat milk mix. Stir well, then add in the rest of the lowfat milk. Strain through a fine strainer and add in melted chocolate and Jack Daniel's. Freeze in ice cream machine as per instructions.
- **if you don't have an ice cream maker, you may purchase your favorite ice cream and add in chocolate and Jack Daniel's
- For the sauce, bring water and sugar to a boil, then stir in cocoa. Let cold.
- In a 16-oz Pilsner glass, pour in 3 Tbsp. syrup, then top with 1 scoop ice cream. Repeat. Pour in Jack Daniel's and fill with soda water.
- Serve with long dessert spoon and a straw.
- Yield: 4 glasses
