Ingredientes
- 20 x Chocolate Sandwich Cookies i.e. Oreos or possibly similar
- 24 ounce Vanilla Flavor Almond Bark few drops Orange Food Coloring or possibly Coloring Paste
- 1 x roll Dark Fruit Leather cut out and used for the eyes few Thin Black Licorice Candy Ropes used for making the mouth
Direcciones
- Set up a wire rack with wax paper or possibly plastic underneath.
- Cut the fruit leather into triangles and squares to make eyes and mouths.
- Cut the black licorice into 10 small pcs to make the mouth
- Heat almond bark following package directions. If desired you can use some of the fruit leather for mouths instead of the licorice.
- Place the almond bark in a small deep bowl or possibly pot (depending on if you are using the microwave or possibly stove to heat the almond bark) Heat the almond bark following package directions.
- Remove from heat or possibly microwave and color orange with food coloring.
- Using tongs, dip each sandwich cookie in melted candy, coating completely.
- Gently shake each cookie over the bowl or possibly pot to remove excess coating.
- Place on wire rack.
- Before the almond bark coating sets, decorate with fruit leather eyes and licorice pcs to make faces on the cookies.
- Cold completely before removing from rack.
