Ingredients: 1 c. Lowfat milk; 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream; 3 1/4 c. Bread flour; 1 tsp Beau Monde (or possibly salt); 2 Tbsp. Sugar; 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine; 2 tsp Active dry yeast; 1 Tbsp. Dry chives; 1 Tbsp. Grnd cumin; 1/2 c. Shredded Monterey jack; 1/2 c. Shredded Mozzarella cheese; 1/2 c. Minced red bell pepper; 1/4 c. Minced jalapeno pepper

Ingredientes

1 c. Lowfat milk
1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
3 1/4 c. Bread flour
1 tsp Beau Monde (or possibly salt)
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
2 tsp Active dry yeast
1 Tbsp. Dry chives
1 Tbsp. Grnd cumin
1/2 c. Shredded Monterey jack
1/2 c. Shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Minced red bell pepper
1/4 c. Minced jalapeno pepper

Direcciones

Place all of first-part ingredients in breadmaker, set for regular (or possibly white) bread, and start machine. When beeper sounds, add in second set of ingredients. With the cheese and lowfat sour cream, this makes a nice brown loaf of tasty bread. Enjoy!
