Receta Eastern Shore Sweet Potato Biscuits

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. cooked, peeled and mashed sweet potatoes (3 lg.), can also use canned.
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Gradually add in sweet potato and lowfat milk. Turn out on lightly floured board. Knead briefly. Cut with biscuit cutter 1/2 inch thick. Bake 14 min at 450 degrees.
