Receta Jalapeno Jelly (Pkl)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. bell peppers
- 1 c. jalapeno peppers
- 6 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 2 pkt Certo liquid fruit pectin, (3 ounce.) Green food coloring
Direcciones
- Wash, cut up and seed the peppers and chop in blender or possibly food processor.
- Place peppers, sugar and vinegar in large pot. Bring to a rolling boil and cook till mix is transparent, about 25 min.
- Remove from heat and let stand 5 - 10 min.
- Add in fruit pectin and food coloring and stir well. Pour into sterilized jars. Seal jars and heat jelly in jars till sealed good.
- Chill after opening.
- Makes 6 small jelly jars.
