Ingredientes
- 1/4 cabbage
- 1 crisp lettuce
- 4 slices fresh pineapple
- 1/4 fresh coconut
- 4 tbsp pineapple juice
Direcciones
- 1. remove outer leaves from cabbage
- 2. wash cabbage, lettuce and drain and shred finely
- 3. peel coconut and chop into small pieces
- 4. mix all ingredients in a bowl
- 5. pour pineapple juice over mix and serve
