Receta Jan's Marinated Vegetables

Ingredientes
- 1/2 head cauliflower, cut in florets
- 3 lrg carrots, cut in 2" strips
- 3 x ribs celery, 1" pcs
- 1 can baby corn
- 1 x green bell pepper, cut in strips
- 1 can button mushrooms, drain (8 ounce.)
- 3/4 c. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 can pimento liquid removed, (4 ounce.)
- 1 can pitted black olives, drain (#303 can)
- 1 jar green pimento olives, drain
- 1 can artichoke hearts, cut in quarters
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 bot low-calorie Italian dressing
Direcciones
- Mix ingredients (except Italian dressing) together in Dutch oven: cover.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 5 min. Cold quickly. Add in the low-calorie Italian dressing. Chill (covered) 24 hrs before serving. Keeps for 4-6 weeks in refrigerator (covered).
