Receta Japanese Egg Drop Soup

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. Dashi
- 1 tsp Sauce, soy
- 1 x Large eggs Laver seaweed
- 2 x Onions, green Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Tapioca pwdr, in water Small piece ginger
- 1/2 tsp Oil, sesame
Direcciones
- Bring stock to boil. Add in soy sauce and salt. Stir in tapioca mix. Pour egg in very fine stream while stirring. Put chopped ginger in bottom of each bowl, add in soup, sprinkle laver, add in chopped green onions.
- Cornstarch is used the same as tapioca flour.
