Receta Jason's Broccoli Lasagne

Ingredientes
- 2 can (10z) Broccoli soup
- 1 pkt (10z) Frzn minced broc
- 4 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 3 x Carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 lrg onion, diced
- 3/4 lb Mushrooms, sliced
- 12 x Lasagne noodles
- 1 lb Mozzarella, grated
- 15 ounce Ricotta
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Heat soup with broccoli till broccoli is thawed. Cook carrots and onions in 1 Tbsp oil till lightly browned. Reduce heat to low. Add in 1/4 c. water and cover. Simmer till cooked, about 15 min. Remove to a bowl. In 3 Tbsp oil, cook mushrooms till moisture is gone. Stir in carrot mix.
- Mix cheeses and Large eggs. Set oven to 375F. Place 1 c. sauce in pan. Layer with 1/2 of noodles, 1/2 of cheese mix, all of carrot mix, 1/2 remaining sauce, remaining noodles, cheese and sauce. Cook for 45 min.
