Receta Jeff's Potato Salad With Beer Dressing

Ingredientes
- 6 x Potatoes
- 1 tsp Mustard -- or possibly brown
- 1 x Bacon slices
- 1 Tbsp. Minced onions
- 1 x Celery stalks -- minced
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine
- 2 tsp Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 c. Beer
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley -- minced
Direcciones
- Boil potatoes till just tender. Peel and slice. Fry bacon till crisp.
- Break into small pcs and mix with onion, celery and salt; set aside.
- Stir melted butter and flour in a small saucepan till blended. Add in mustard and sugar. Slowly stir in beer and Tabasco sauce. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley. Toss lightly and let stand 1 hour. Add in bacon mix; toss gently and serve.
