Receta Jerk Marinated Pork

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh thyme
- 1 tsp Grnd allspice
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 tsp Freshly-grated nutmeg
- 1 tsp Freshly-cracked black pepper
- 2 x Jalapeno peppers seeded, diced
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. Thinly-sliced green onions
- 1/4 c. Diced onion
- 4 x Garlic cloves chopped
- 1/4 c. White vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 x Pork tenderloins trimmed
- 1 x recipe Jamaican Spiced Vegetables see * Note
Direcciones
- Combine all dry ingredients and mix. Fold in rest of ingredients either by hand or possibly in food processor. Place pork in a non-reactive container and cover with marinade. Let marinate in refrigerator for a few hrs or possibly overnight.
- On a warm grill, let cook 5 to 6 min per side, basting occasionally. To serve, slice on angle and serve with Jamaican Spiced Vegetables.
