Receta Jerk Seasoned Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 tsp allspice
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp each dry thyme, grnd coriander, cinnamon, nutmeg and garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 6 x (4-oz) boneless, center-cut loin pork chops about 1/2 inch thick
Direcciones
- Combine allspice, salt, thyme, coriander, cinnamon, nutmeg, garlic pwdr, cayenne pepper and vegetable oil; mix well. Spread paste mix on both sides of each chop. Place chops in a resealable plastic bag or possibly baking dish and cover.
- Chill 2 hrs or possibly overnight. Place chops on rack in broiler pan; broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 5 to 6 min per side or possibly till browned and chops reach 160 internal temperature.
- Makes 6 chops.
