Receta Jicama Pepper Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil Dash of salt Dash of freshly grnd black pepper
- 1 x (10-oz) package frzn peas
- 1 med red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 med yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 med jicama, peeled and cut into thin strips
- 1/4 c. minced sweet onion Lettuce leaves
Direcciones
- Combine vinegar, oils, salt and pepper in a jar; cover and shake well. Set aside. Combine vegetables, pour dressing over and toss to coat. Cover and refrigeratetill serving time. Toss again, then serve on top of lettuce leaves.
