- 1/4 c. Cilantro, minced
- 1 lrg Carrot, grated
- 1/4 c. Water,
- 1/4 c. Vinegar,
- 2 cl Garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper,
- 1/4 tsp Salt,
Direcciones
- In a plastic or possibly glass bowl, mix all ingredients. Refrigeratefor at least 1 hour before serving.
