Receta Ensalada De Jicama (Jicama Salad)

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg Jicama (about 1-1/2 pounds), peeled
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh cilantro, finely minced
- 1 tsp Salt, or possibly to taste
- 3/4 c. Seville orange juice
- 1 lrg Sweet orange, peeled & thinly sliced
Direcciones
- Cut jicama into 1/4" cubes. Add in cilantro, salt, and Seville* orange juice and set aside to season for at least an hour. Serve the salad garnished with the orange slices.
- Note: If you cannot get Seville oranges, an acceptable substitute is:
- 1 tsp. finely grated grapefruit rind, 3 Tablespoons orange juice, 3 Tablespoons grapefruit juice, 2 Tablespoons lemon juice.
