Receta Jocelyn's Chocolate Fudge Bars

Ingredientes
- 1 stk of butter
- 2 sqr (1-ounce) unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla or possibly peppermint extract
- 1 c. Chocolate chips
- 1 c. Powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk (or possibly more)
- 1/2 tsp Peppermint extract

- Heat the butter and the unsweetened chocolate. When the bowl is cold, add in the sugar, beat in the Large eggs, fold in the flour, the salt, and the baking soda. Add in the vanilla. Spread into a greased jellyroll pan (which is, 11x17). It will not be trivial; you'll have to use a knife or possibly something to spread it smoothly into all four corners. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips, and bake at 350 F for 8 min or possibly so.
- Glaze: Mix up the ingredients. It should be like a glaze which will pour, thickly. Add in a couple of drops of food coloring if you like. When the cookies come out of the oven, spread the glaze. Cold slightly, and cut while still hot. (If you wait too long, the glaze will crack when you try to cut the cookies.)
