Ingredientes
- 2 c. Rice, cooked
- 1 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Mozzarella, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan, grated
- 1 x Garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 425. Mix all ingredients. Press mix into 9"x13" baking pan, greased, and bake till crispy. Remove from pan and cut into little squares. Serve as snack or possibly appetizer.
