Receta Jumbo Shrimp And Asparagus

Ingredientes
- 2 bn Fresh asparagus -- cut into
- 1 x Inch lengths
- 2 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 24 lrg Shrimp, cleaned -- and Lenghtwise in half
- 2 tsp Fresh ginger -- minced
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Sherry
- 1/8 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Add in the asparagus pcs to the water. Bring to a boil and continue to cook for 3 min. Drain and save 2 Tbs. of the cooking liquid. Heat the veg. oil in a heavy skillet. Add in shrimp pcs and cook till the color changes..about 5 min. Add in the asparagus, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, sherry and salt. Finally, stir in the 2 Tbs. asparagus water and continue to cook for 5 min.
