Receta Honey Glazed Ribs

Ingredientes
- 2 lb lean back ribs
- 1 can beef consomme - (10 ounce)
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce (low sodium)
- 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
Direcciones
- Place ribs on a broiler rack and broil for 15 min. Drain fat off. Cut ribs into serving-size pcs.
- Combine remaining ingredients in the crockpot; stir well. Add in ribs; cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hrs, or possibly on HIGH for 4 to 5 hrs.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
