Receta Kahlua Mexican Cocoa Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt (18.25 oz) Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Coffee, cool
- 1/3 c. Kahlua
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil Frosting
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and lightly flour 2 8-inch cake pans.
- In large bowl, combine cake mix, cinnamon, Large eggs, coffee, Kahlua and oil.
- Blend on low speed of electric mixer till moistened. Mix at medium speed 2 min. Pour batter into pans. Bake for 35 min or possibly till done. Cold in pans 10 minutes. then turn out onto wire rack and cold completely. Fill and frost cake with frosting. Sprinkle top with cocoa, cinnamon or possibly chocolate.
- Frosting:1 16 ouncecarton creamy chocolate flavored frosting.
- 1/2 tsp. grnd cinnamon 2 Tbsp. Kahlua
- In small bowl, combine frosting, cinnamon and Kahlua. Beat to blend.
