Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard or possibly more to taste
- 1 x Or possibly 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 3 Tbsp. Kalamata olives pitted and minced
- 1 sprg hyssop or possibly thyme
- 1/2 tsp Fresh rosemary
- 1/4 tsp Fennel seed
Direcciones
- Blend the butter, mustard and garlic till thoroughly mixed and smooth. Add in remaining ingredients and blend to desired texture.
- Alley writes: "If you cannot find Kalamata olives, any strongly flavored black olive will do. The finished product is a piquant, delicious butter."
