Receta Kangaroo With Cranberries

Ingredientes
- 2 kg kangaroo topside
- 2 1/2 gm cracked pepers
- 15 gm garlic
- 500 ml red wine
- 300 gm cranberries
- 500 gm carrots diced
- 180 gm sliced onions
- 500 gm demiglaze
Direcciones
- 1) Seal meat in small batches.
- 2. Place all ingredients in casserole dish and cook in moderate oven (180-190) for approx 2.5 hrs.
- 3. Check consistently - if necessary thicken slightly with buerre manie - flour & butter.
- 4. Serve with mashed potato, kumara or possibly potato chippettes.
