Receta Kathy Hirdler's Fire Camp Chili

Ingredientes
- 100 lb pinto beans
- 48 lrg onions, minced
- 4 c. jalapeno chilies with juice
- 40 lb meat (ham, sausage, pork, bacon ends, grnd beef, etc)
- 4 c. chili pwdr salt to taste
Direcciones
- Soak beans overnight, then raise to a boil on high heat.
- Add in all ingredients and simmer till tender (about 6 hrs).
- Add in water as necessary. Stir occasionally.
- Makes 60 gallons.
