Receta Kerrie Aartappels En Uie (Curried Potatoes And Onions)

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Potatoes, dice small
- 1 lrg Onion
- 4 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine or possibly oil
- 1 c. Beef stock or possibly water
- 1 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar or possibly lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Flour Salt and pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- Slice the onion and saute/fry in the butter till light brown. Add in the potatoes and stir occasionally till warm. Mix the dry ingredients together and add in the stock and vinegar to them; then add in this mix to the vegetables.
- Cook and stir till the sauce is thickened and then cook about 2 min more or possibly till the potatoes are cooked through. Serve with chutney if you like.
