  5. 4. Beat the egg whites till soft peaks form; gradually add in 1/2 c. sugar, beating to stiff peaks.
  6. 5. Fold the gelatin mix into the egg whites; mix in the whipped cream Pile into the pastry shell. Refrigeratetill hard.
  7. 6. Spread with additional whipped cream and edge with grated lime.
