Receta Kfc Macaroni/Potato Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Miracle whip
- 1 c. Hellman's Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Onion salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Dry chopped onion
- 2/3 c. Celery, minced
- 2/3 c. Sweet midget pickles (don't use relish), minced
- 2 Tbsp. Pimiento, minced or possibly
- 1/2 sm Tomato, seed, chop
- 8 c. Elbow macaroni, cooked, liquid removed, cold well before add in
Direcciones
- DRESSING-Combine dressing ingredients and set aside.
- MACARONI SALAD- Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Coat well with the dressing. Chill at least an hour before serving.
- POTATO SALAD-Substitute 8 c. cooked, peeled, cubed cool potatoes for the macaroni. Increase the celery to 1 c. and substitute snipped green onions for the dry. Can add in 1 c. of pitted black and/or possibly stuffed green olives in either salad.
