Receta Killer Chocolate Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 2 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3 squares unsweetened chocolate; melted and cooled
- 5 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 3 c. Confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 1/3 c. warm water
- 1 egg
Direcciones
- Sift flour, soda and salt and set aside. Cream butter; add in brown sugar and beat 5 min. Add in large eggs, one at a time, then add in chocolate and vanilla and stir to mix. Alternately blend in flour mix and lowfat sour cream, 1/3 at a time at low speed on mixer. Add in water and mix. Bake at 350 degrees, 35 to 40 min.Makes two 9 inch layers.
- Put together chocolate, sugar, butter, hot water and egg; blend. Beat at medium speed for 2 min. Refrigerate till ready to spread (overnight is best).
- Substitute: 3 tbsp cocoa + 1 tbsp oil = 1 square unsweetened chocolate.
