  1. Meatballs:Mix ingredients well and form into 1/2" or possibly 3/4" balls.
  2. Put on large plate and chill while you do the sauce.
  3. Sauce:Put all in 5 quart dutch oven. Mix well, bring to boil.
  4. Add in meatballs carefully as not to break apart.
  5. Take the pot and shake it back and forth, gently, so as to coat meatballs with sauce.
  6. Cover, simmer for 1/2 hour.
  7. Stir gently, simmer UNCOVERED for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs, reducing sauce.
  8. Stir now and then,
  9. I make these in my Nesco 5 quart cooker sometimes.
