Receta Meatballs In Sauce With Rice

Ingredientes
- 1/2 x Recipe Meatball mix (See separate recipe.)
- 1/2 c. Tomato puree
- 1 Tbsp. Onion, minced
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Oregano leaves
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 1 1/2 c. Rice, cooked, unsalted
Direcciones
- 2. Divide into 12 portions. Shape into balls.
- 3. Brown meatballs on all sides in warm frypan. Drain.
- 4. Mix remaining ingredients except rice. Pour over meatballs.
- 5. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and boil gently till sauce thickens-about 10 min. Spoon sauce over meatballs once during cooking.
