Receta Knockwurst In Beer/Wine With Kraut

Ingredientes
- 6 x Knockwurst
- 3 c. Sauerkraut, rinsed & liquid removed
- 1 x Apple, peeled,cored, minced
- 1 tsp Caraway seeds
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 c. Or possibly can beer, your choise or possibly
- 1 c. White wine, instead of beer
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients. Cover tightly in a large skillet. Simmer over low heat 15-20 min and serve. Can also be prepared in a crockpot, that is done most of the time. Ham hocks can be used/added also. just strip most of the fat off. Serve with mashed potatoes.
- In crockpot it's about 6 hours cooking, but much better.
