Receta Kohl's Peanut Brittle

Name: Kohl's Peanut Brittle
Ingredients: 2 c. Sugar; 2 c. Karo (red label) syrup; 1/2 c. Warm water; 1 x Lump of butter (about 1 tb); 1/2 lb Or possibly more raw peanuts rolled with a rolling pin; 1 tsp Baking soda

Ingredientes

2 c. Sugar
2 c. Karo (red label) syrup
1/2 c. Warm water
1 x Lump of butter (about 1 tb)
1/2 lb Or possibly more raw peanuts rolled with a rolling pin
1 tsp Baking soda

Direcciones

Boil sugar, syrup, water, and butter till golden stirring often. Add in baking soda to the raw peanuts. Grease a cookie sheet. Pour peanuts into the syrup. Remove from the fire AT ONCE. Pour on on the greased cookie sheet, smoothing over into a thin layer.
When cooled, crack up into serving pcs.
