Receta Kona Inn Banana Bread (2 Loaves)

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. granulated sugar, depending how sweet you want it
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 6 ripe bananas, mashed about 3 c.
- 4 large eggs well beaten
- 2 1/2 c. cake flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- With electric beater cream sugar and butter till light and fluffy. Add in bananas and large eggs, beating till well mixed. Sift together dry ingredients 3 times. Blend with banana mix, but not to over mix.Pour into 2 lightly greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour till hard in center and edges begin to separate from pans. Cool on rack for 10 min before removing. These freeze beautifully.
