Receta Ladyfinger Dessert

Ingredientes
- 3 ounce cherry gelatin pwdr
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. cool water
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 piece ladyfinger cookies split in half
- 1 c. Cold Whip Free thawed
- 1/4 c. coconut
Direcciones
- Dissolve gelatin pwdr in boiling water. Add in cool water and vanilla extract. Pour 3/4 c. into a 9" pie pan. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened.
- Insert lady fingers around sides of pan. Refrigeratetill set, but not hard, 2 hrs. Refrigerateremaining gelatin till very thick, 1 hour and 30 min; then whip till fluffy. Pour over gelatin in pan. Refrigeratetill hard, 5 hrs. Then top with whipped topping and coconut.
- NOTES : A light dessert which isn't as rich but has a unique texture since the gelatin is whipped rather than just chilled till hard.
